There are various facilities within this web site www.eazeescreen.co.uk which allow you to send information to us (i.e. to the Chlamydia Team at Wirral Primary Care Trust). We will only use the information you send us in order to complete the transaction you are instigating.

For example, if you send us your name and address so that we can deliver a testing kit to you, we will only use your name and address to deliver the kit, not for anything else. Also, we will only store your details for as long as necessary, at which point they will be securely deleted from our records.
